The Problem

Express Employment, one of the nations leading staffing providers, focus their business on helping job seekers find qualified employers. Our job was to market one of their offices located in Denton Texas through a variety of platforms.

Our approach

Our plan of attack was to utilize the platforms that our team has the most experience in; Facebook, Google, and Instagram. For Facebook, our team focused on creating lead generating campaigns targeted at employees and employers. When it came to Instagram, we not only created the account and established its brand identity on the platform, but also ran our lead generating ads on that platform. For Google, we utilized a variety of search campaigns, display campaigns, and video campaigns.

the results

Within just a few months of Express Employment going active, our Facebook team delivered over 100 leads at just $8.34 a lead. Comparing that to the average cost-per-lead in the employment industry of $23.24, our leads were over $15 cheaper. On the google side of the account, the cost-per-conversion was only $16.15. To put that number into perspective, the average cost-per-conversion in the employment industry is $61.41. In other words, our Google conversions were $45 less than the industry average.
